Commercial catering equipment are not designed to work outdoors in the rain, wind or inclement weather. So we need to make an extra effort so the equipment is not affected.
RAIN: ALL of our equipment must not be left out in the rain, please ensure you are setting the equipment up in an undercover area. A patio, car garage or under a pergola is fine. Even under a marquee.
WIND: Kebab machines are SEVERELY affected by wind. Either the burners turn off, or they cool down and don’t work and the heat they are supposed to. Please make an extra effort to set up in an area that is out of the wind, and if need be turn the machine so its back is to the wind. If you set up in a windy area, the equipment may not work at all so please bare this in mind when selecting an area to set up in.
